Then, we’ll review some custom homes we’ve completed and give you some history about J. Schmidt Homes so you can feel confident with your decision to move forward with us.

Step 2. Explore your options. Now it’s time to dig deeper into what you have in mind. We review your home plans and design ideas, or help you identify a custom home designer or architect. With this step, we help you refine your budget and timeline.

Step 3. Time for action! We agree to move forward with a purchase agreement, help you purchase the perfect home site, and get the drawings approved for your beautiful, one-of-a-kind home.

Step 4. Make it your own. Oh the choices! In this step, you get to select each light fixture, tile, carpet, window, cabinet and paint sample that will make this house your home.

Step 5. Said and done. Jason and his team take the ideas, drawings, and features you’ve selected, and the construction begins to create your new J. Schmidt custom home. The team completes your custom home on time and on budget and you move in to the home that you envisioned all along.
